Julia Rossiter

Julia graduated from the University of Sydney in 2015 with a Master of Physiotherapy degree; prior to which she completed a Bachelor of Sport Science degree at Charles Sturt University. She joined the Healthfocus team in 2016 eager to move back to her local area.

Julia has a passion for human movement and the musculoskeletal system. She is a very keen runner and loves working with runners to achieve their physical best. In recent years she has worked with some local talented runners to see them achieve at the international level.

Julia is a certified APPI Pilates instructor and teaches classes at our Albury clinic.

She loves helping people find appropriate exercises for their level of health and fitness; hence her advocation for the development of the popular Resistance Class, which is also run at our Albury clinic.

Outside of work Julia is known to be seen training for endurance events, she is also a keen netballer in the O&M.
