Kurtis graduated in 2016 from the Albury campus of Charles Sturt University, and joined the Healthfocus team in early 2017.
With a variety of final year placements throughout both NSW and Victoria, in both rural and metropolitan areas, he decided to start his career on the Border.
Having several years of experience as a sports trainer for a local football club, in addition to clinical experience, Kurtis’ passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy continues to grow.
A knee injury (and subsequent surgery) sustained playing football in mid-2015 reaffirmed his passion for sports Physio, and brief experience with occupational physiotherapy has captured his interest in this area.
Kurtis had been involved with several sporting clubs in the Border area, enjoying baseball, football, and soccer.
