We have a range of classes available across our three clinics to support your good health. Please see below for classes and class times. All classes are taken by physiotherapists, are small and designed for individual goals, with close supervision for excellent technique execution.

GLA:D Program

We’re excited to offer an education and exercise based program to help people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. GLA:D® uses education and exercise to help with daily activities.

You will work on strengthening your body, as well as learning to move correctly and manage symptoms to improve your pain. Sign up to our class and learn exercises to improve your joint stability, muscle strength, reduce your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Package consists of 12 exercise sessions and 2 education sessions | $420
(These fees are claimable with some health funds)

An initial assessment is required prior to commencing the program, as well as a review at 3 months.
