River-Jade Scott

River graduated in 2021 from Charles Sturt University in his hometown of port Macquarie before moving to Albury and beginning his journey with Healthfocus Physiotherapy in June 2021.

Through university placements, River gained experience in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics, musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.

River has specific interests in strength and conditioning for musculoskeletal injury management, as well as sports injuries. He is also an advocate for developing strong and healthy bodies in all ages using education and movement.

Outside of the clinic, River is a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, and spends a large amount of time within a gym environment. In his time training he has become passionate about helping people refine their lifting techniques to best suit their own capacity. River enjoys working alongside others to help rehabilitate and optimise their peak performance to reach set goals.
