Shae Martello

Shae graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury at the beginning of 2013 and commenced as a new graduate with the Healthfocus team in March 2013.

Shae is an APPI qualified Pilates instructor and an ACSA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach. She also has qualifications in dry needling and a special interest in nutrition. Shae completed a Diploma of Food Science and Nutrition in 2020.

Outside of work, Shae is a regular gym-goer and Assistant Director of Border Bellydance, performing regularly at local community events.

Shae has a special interest in strength and conditioning, casting, healthy lifestyle management and nutrition. She is an avid promoter of physical activity for everyone and has written a number of blogs on health promotion which can be found at:
